Location: Bengaluru
We are looking for an Experience Design Operations Manager to work closely with the Global Chief Experience Design Officer, Havas CX, in scaling and ope rationalising the Experience Design (UX/CX) practice across markets within Havas CX. This is an individual contributor role, requiring strong ownership and the ability to operate independently across stakeholders and multiple geographies.
This role sits at the intersection of design, operations, and cross-market collaboration- enabling better visibility into capability and capacity, supporting smarter resourcing decisions, and strengthening how Experience Design is activated across projects and opportunities.
This is not a pure coordination role . It requires someone who can structure ambiguity, connect teams, and build systems that enable design at scale .

Key Responsibilities
1. Resource & Capability Planning (Cross-Market)
Maintain and evolve systems that track Experience Design capability and capacity across markets
Act as a central point of contact for cross-market design resourcing needs
Support staffing and matchmaking for pitches and live projects
Translate demand (scope → roles → capacity) to enable faster, more effective resourcing
Build visibility into capability distribution and gaps
2. Practice MIS & Reporting
Build and maintain recurring Experience Design MIS
Track utilisation, collaboration patterns, and capability demand
Provide visibility into cross-market participation across projects
Generate insights to inform resourcing strategies (onshore / nearshore / offshore)
3. Knowledge Systems & Repository Management
Manage and scale the Experience Design knowledge ecosystem (SharePoint)
Organise and maintain repositories of:
credentials & proposals
case studies & frameworks
playbooks & learning content
Drive adoption and contribution across teams
4. AI Coordination (Experience Design)
Identify and track AI-led design initiatives across markets
Synthesize learnings into reusable assets, best practices, and frameworks
Support capability-sharing across teams
Help translate experimentation into scalable practice
5. Service Offerings & Capability Building
Structure and package reusable Experience Design offerings (UX, UI, Data Design, Service Design, User Research, etc)
Maintain capability decks and supporting materials
Support activation of these offerings across markets
6. Community & Learning Enablement
Support learning initiatives (talks, sessions, internal communities)
Maintain archives of knowledge and sessions
Enable stronger participation and consistency across regions

Faster and more effective cross-market collaboration and staffing
Strong adoption of knowledge systems across teams
AI and specialised capabilities structured into usable offerings
A more connected and operationally mature Experience Design practice
Candidate Profile
Must-have
6–10 years of experience in design operations, programme management, or consulting/agency environments
Strong understanding of Experience Design (UX/CX/Product Design)
Proven ability to manage systems, reporting, and cross-team coordination
Strong organisational and systems-thinking capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working across teams and time zones
Prior experience in design / CX / digital agency environments is essential
Good to have
Experience in capability mapping or resource planning
Exposure to knowledge management platforms
What This Role Is Not
Not an administrative or EA role
Not a generic operations role
Not a delivery-only UX/design role
This role is not suited for pure UX/UI designers looking to move into operations without prior experience in design ops or program management.
