Roles & Responsibilities :
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Proficiency in O9 Data Integration.
Experience with data mapping, transformation, and integration processes related to O9 platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues within enterprise systems.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to detect and diagnose application problems.
Strong analytical skills to interpret system logs and performance metrics.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in O9 Data Integration.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
