Role
- Senior Medical Annotator

In Operations and Project delivery

> Slicing & breaking down of content from medical and pharma promotional documents with utmost usage of medical context understanding for relevant pharma business requirement
> Identification of key claim and sub claim (also known as - primary and secondary message) from a pharma promotional document
> Comprehend the usage of the identified claims into subsequent module or derivative asset creations
> Bring in market updates with MLR review process, and ability to provide MLR sign-off for various pharma asset creations
> Provides scientific/ medical domain expertise and directs content annotators in claim identification from a standpoint of content strategy and development
> Classification of pre-created slices into relevant medical and scientific categories
> Develop guidebooks, user guides, process documents, SOPs for process alignments and standardization for medical and promotional data review process
> Align the medical team members using best of medical/ clinical/ promotional pharma subject expertise and troubleshoot challenges faced by the team
> Conduct asset audit and rectify issues popping from varying audit scenarios with pro-active measures
> Medical data tagging and review on new types of promotional medical documents by extending understanding from previous document types
> Conduct peer medical review on pre-reviewed datasets by junior team members. Validate the authenticity of the content by performing QA checks
> Responsible for high client satisfaction for the metadata deliverables with regard to quality and accuracy, timelines, and efforts
> Provide oversight to day-to-day document-related communications with client POC
In Product development à
> Conduct and support medical metadata requirement evaluation analysis in the ecosystem
> Analyze use cases and tool performance as per business requirements
> Help in clinical validation of ML model outputs on medical content classification
> Explain the thought process, patterns, and manual approaches undertaken for content tagging or classification in a simple and comprehensive manner stating right examples
> Ability to patternize and state data-driven hypothesis with use of medical context and adapting excel techniques
> Serve the medical data sets for various purposes and analysis through various excel techniques
> Should be able to define a simple tagging taxonomy for various medical document types to meet various use cases
> Objectively run analysis to check the feasibility of defined taxonomy classification on the document samples for the medical use case
> Collaborate with cross functional teams (Tech/Data Science/QA Testing/Business Analysts) on medical standpoint for promotional pharma use cases
> Mentoring and guiding junior annotators on a day-to-day basis
