Role Description
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid acquisition end-to-end including strategy, budgets, creatives, bidding, and performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance metrics deeply, takes quick decisions based on data, and continuously experiments to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and You Tube).
2. Own budget allocation, campaign performance, and ROAS targets.
3. Develop audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and funnel strategies from awareness to conversion.
4. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
5. Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization plans.
6. Continuously test creatives, ad copies, targeting strategies, and bidding models.
7. Monitor CAC, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
8. Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Who We’re Looking For:
1. 0-1 years of experience in performance marketing for web-based platforms or online companies.
2. Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
3. Good understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion funnels.
4. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and improve campaign performance.
5. Ability to understand creative-performance fit and identify high-performing ad concepts.
6. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for analysis, copy iteration, and workflow efficiency.
7. Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation Structure:

• First 3 months:
Probation period with a salary of ₹30,000 per month, Notice period - 7 days.

• Post Probation, if Confirmed

Fixed - Rs.40,000 per month
Notice Period - 2 months
Variable - Rs.60,000 (paid Annually)
Fixed + Variable - Rs.5.4 LPA
ESOPs - Rs.5.4 Lakhs
Total CTC - Rs.10.8 lakh
