Technical Writer

Location: Bengaluru

The candidate will be responsible for creating clear, user-friendly technical documents, high-quality technical presentations, solution blueprints, and API documentation for the telecom, cloud, and AI domains.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Product Requirement Documents (PRD), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.

· Develop technical presentations, solution blueprints, and API documentation.

· Maintain consistency in documentation standards and adhere to established style guides.

· Collaborate closely with technical teams to gather and verify information for accuracy and completeness.

· Utilize documentation platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Box for content management and collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

· Understanding of telecom network architecture and cloud technologies.

· Basic understanding of 4G/5G NW portfolios.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Adobe Frame Maker, XML, and YAML formats.

· Experience with documentation management tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Box.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
