Job Summary
We are looking for experienced SAP CRM Service Consultants with strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service, including implementation, support, configuration, customization, service transactions, ticket handling, and process understanding.
The candidate should have worked on real SAP CRM Service projects and should be able to explain their actual role, project contribution, configuration work, support activities, integration exposure, and service process flow.

Candidates with only CRM end-user experience should not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Work on SAP CRM Service implementation and support activities.
Configure and customize SAP CRM Service transactions.
Handle incidents, service requests, CRs, and problem tickets.
Work on service process flows, master data, and integration touchpoints.
Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP CRM Service solutions.
Support production issues and provide functional solutions.
Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
Work with support tools such as Service Now and SAP Solution Manager.
Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Prepare functional specifications and support documentation when needed.
Ensure timely closure of tickets and change requests.

Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service.
Minimum 1 to 2 SAP CRM Service implementation projects or 2 to 3 SAP CRM Service support projects.
Good knowledge of service transaction configuration and customization.
Strong understanding of SAP CRM Service process flows.
Experience in CR and problem ticket process.
Good understanding of master data in SAP CRM Service.
Knowledge of integration with other SAP or non-SAP systems.
Ability to handle production support and enhancement requests.
Good client communication and issue analysis skills.

Good to Have Skills
ABAP debugging knowledge.
SAP S/4

HANA integration exposure.
Experience working in large enterprise support environments.
Experience using Service Now and SAP Solution Manager.
SAP CRM certification.
Experience working with global clients.
