Job Description:

We are looking at the candidates from Insurance IT Services / Consulting experience for global clients only.

Typical candidate would have experience as a Insurance Domain Consultant / Business Analyst /Techno-functional Consultant and in past 5-10 years engaged heavily to grow the business - Pre-Sales & Growth teams with Pre-Sales experience

Responding to RFP/RFIs; building POVs to created differentiated client pitches & value propositions; engaged in Go-to-market activities like geo/account level growth.
Working with cross-functional teams to build innovations or differentiated value propositions for their project or insurance practice.
As part of Solutions Consulting, Innovation & Business Growth team, work closely with Insurance Practice leadership on strategic solutions build & growth initiatives
Drive business growth strategy, curate pitches for key deals and proactive client pitches across global farming, hunting accounts
Contribute actively to innovation & growth initiatives and creation of new value propositions working with Sales;
Marketing; AI/Innovation Labs;
TechM Practices;
Insur Techs
Help drive multi-fold GTM strategy – Geo/Account level campaigns;
Engagement with Industry Analysts, Advisors & Consultants;
Insurtech partner ecosystem
Lead market research to identify key trends and innovative solutions for geo level Account penetration & expansion
Lead Insurance client engagement during CxO India visits for key accounts
Good experience in leveraging Powerpoint & MSOffice to create impactful presentations
Key Soft Skills - Strong written & verbal communication, Analytical Mindset, Strategic Thinking, Cross-Team Collaboration
