Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Development and Delivery: Collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams, including sales, subject matter experts, and leadership, to strategically develop, write, edit, and deliver winning proposals, presentations, and pitch materials. This includes responding comprehensively to RFPs and RFIs while ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and client requirements.
Content Creation and Management: Develop and curate a comprehensive suite of marketing and proposal collateral, such as company capabilities statements, case studies, project highlights, professional bios, and other supporting documentation. Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with CBRE's brand guidelines and messaging.
Information Repository Management: Create, maintain, and continuously update a centralized, easily accessible information repository and content library. This will streamline the response process, improve efficiency, and ensure speed-to-market for all proposal and presentation development activities.
Market Intelligence & Trends Analysis: Proactively track and analyze relevant industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence pertinent to client solutions and CBRE's service offerings in the Indian market. Utilize these insights to inform proposal strategies and enhance the relevance and persuasiveness of submissions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Foster strong working relationships with various internal business teams across different service lines (e.g., Project Management, Investment Management, Occupier Services) to effectively gather required content, data, and information for tailored client solutions.
Stakeholder Support & Solutioning: Provide dedicated support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of appropriate solutions and demonstrating CBRE's full capabilities. This includes advising on best practices for proposal development and presentation delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate will have experience in pre-sales and client solutions, developing presentations and working closely with business development and frontline sales team
Experience in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment is preferred
Strong customer focus and service orientation
Track record of continuously improving and innovating processes
8+ years of experience of relevant experience
Excellent collaborator and can craft / support successful pitches
Inherently curious and demonstrates great attention to detail
Advanced skills in MS office (Specifically PowerPoint/ Excel / Word /Power BI /Tableau
Strong communication and English language skills is critical
Others – Familiarity with Any new apps / tools which would help the pitches would be a plus)
