The Italian-Speaking Digital Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for internal accounts, ensuring strong performance and business impact through data-driven insights. This role focuses on campaign strategy, performance optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, with no direct interaction with end advertisers.
Key Focus Areas
Campaign optimization across digital advertising platforms
Internal stakeholder management and consultation
Revenue growth and retention
Cross-functional collaboration (Ops, Analytics, Product)
Core Responsibilities
Manage and optimize digital campaigns to meet KPIs
Analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Provide insights, recommendations, and reporting
Identify growth opportunities and track revenue performance
Collaborate with internal teams to drive execution and resolve issues
Requirements
Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)
Italian proficiency required for both verbal and written communication
3–5+ years experience in digital advertising, AdTech, or e-commerce
Strong understanding of:
Campaign optimization
Performance marketing
Reporting tools and analytics
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced
Work from office - 2 to 11:30PM Shift
