- Inventory of SharePoint sites, Teams, and the Power Platform environment
- Analysis of usage and deviations/drift
- Identification of obsolete or non-governed environments
- Production of reports and recommendations
Compliance remediation
- Clean-up of environments (deletion / archiving)
- Rationalization of collaborative work spaces
- Reorganization of SharePoint content
- Reassignment of owners
Standardization
- Implementation of Teams and SharePoint templates
- Definition of naming conventions
- Structuring of environments
- Securing environments (connectors, governance)
- Harmonization of practices
Lifecycle management implementation
- Definition of phases: creation, operations, review, archiving, deletion
- Implementation of automated processes (Power Automate, Power Shell)
- Management of retention periods and inactivity
- Monitoring of KPIs Usage governance
- Clarification of Teams / SharePoint / One Drive use cases
- Control of environment creation
- Writing guides and best practices
- Define and secure the overall use of Copilot AI and Copilot Studio
Administration / Run
- Lifecycle monitoring with KPIs
- Regular reporting
- Storage and capacity management (notably Power Platform Dataverse)
- Microsoft O365 technology watch
- Level 3 support
