Application Support engineer to provide L1/L2 24/7 banking and payments application support experience in banking domain, analyze, debug & resolve production issues. Strong
Experience with SQL, Linux, Oracle, IIS, Devops, API, troubleshooting, application monitoring, log checking, Incident management & resolution, fine tuning, root cause analysis, scripting and automation skills, 5 to 10 years experience in providing L1/L2 application support for core banking applications like Flexcube Retail (FCR) India banking system, Treasury, Rubix, Precision, SWIFT, Onboarding Systems, Lending, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, CRM etc

Required Technical and Professional Expertise :
5 to 10 years experience in providing L1/L2 application support for core banking applications like Flexcube Retail (FCR) India banking system, Treasury, Rubix, Precision, SWIFT, Onboarding Systems, Lending, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, CRM etc
Should be able to write complex SQL queries, mapping tables from source to target systems
Knowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements.
Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture and Integration
Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Thrissur/Cochin/Kerala
Preferred Professional Experience :
Software Engineering Life Cycle deliverables for banking projects
Work closely with the business and IT teams to analyse business requirements, analyse and resolve production issues, root cause analysis, identify automation scope etc
SQL, Linux, Oracle, IIS, Devops, API, troubleshooting, application monitoring, log checking, Incident management & resolution
Experience in using and implementing Dev Sec Ops processes
