LEXSHIP is focused on building an integrated technology suite, allowing users to complete KYC digitally, pay online, and start shipping to over 200 countries within an hour.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ZOHO One Administrator role based in Bengaluru. The ZOHO One Administrator will configure, customize, and maintain ZOHO applications (such as CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, and related modules) to support business operations. Responsibilities include user and role management, setting up workflows, automations, and integrations, as well as creating dashboards, reports, and custom fields to improve visibility and decision-making.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, optimize existing ZOHO setups, and ensure data integrity and security. The ZOHO One Administrator will also train team members, document processes, and coordinate with ZOHO support or external partners when needed.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience administering ZOHO One applications (e.g., CRM, Books, Desk, Projects), including configuration, customization, and integrations.
Proficiency in workflow automation, custom functions, and ZOHO Deluge scripting to streamline business processes.
Solid skills in data management, including data import/export, data cleansing, and ensuring data accuracy and security.
Experience in building reports and dashboards to support performance tracking, operations analysis, and management decision-making.
Ability to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and document system configurations and processes.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Previous experience in SaaS-based, logistics, or ecommerce environments is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Relevant ZOHO certifications or training are a plus.
