Senior Product Designer – Media Collective

Role Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of next-generation retail media and advertising experiences within our Media Collective ecosystem. This role will drive strategy, mentor designers and shape data-driven, scalable platforms that empower advertisers, brands and internal teams.

Own and drive the  end-to-end design vision and strategy  for Media Collective products including  campaign management platforms, ad creation tools, targeting systems, measurement dashboards and on-site/off-site ad experiences .
Lead the design of  complex, multi-sided platforms  that serve advertisers, brand partners and internal users.
Define and scale  UX frameworks, design systems and interaction models  for advertising and media workflows.
Translate complex  data science, attribution models and AI-driven personalization systems  into intuitive and actionable user experiences.
Partner closely with product, engineering, data science and business teams to align design with  revenue goals, advertiser success and customer experience .
Drive  user research strategy , including stakeholder interviews (advertisers, marketers), usability testing and competitive benchmarking in the retail media and ad-tech space.
Establish  experience quality benchmarks and success metrics  such as CTR, ROAS, conversion lift, campaign efficiency and user engagement.
Lead and mentor junior designers, providing  design critique, guidance and best practices .
Ensure high-quality execution through  design reviews and collaboration with engineering teams .

Strong experience with  ad-tech, retail media platforms or SaaS/data-heavy ecosystems
Figma (expert level), design systems
Data visualization and dashboard design
Campaign workflows, targeting and personalization systems
Behavioral economics & conversion optimization
Systems thinking & scalable design architecture
Responsive and enterprise-scale design
9–12 years of UX/UI design experience, with strong background in  platforms such as retail media, advertising systems, SaaS tools or data-driven products .
Proven track record of designing  complex workflows and enterprise-grade products , such as campaign management, analytics dashboards or multi-user systems.
Strong portfolio demonstrating  end-to-end ownership and strategic impact , not just execution.
Deep expertise in  designing for data-rich environments , including visualization, experimentation and optimization.
Experience working with  AI/ML-driven systems  (recommendations, targeting, personalization).
Advanced proficiency in Figma and driving  design system maturity and adoption .
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring designers and influencing cross-functional teams.
Ability to connect design decisions to  business outcomes such as revenue growth, advertiser success and engagement metrics .
