System Network Administrator

Location: Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management
Manage and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Ensure availability and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and implement upgrades when required. Network & Security
Administer LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies.
Manage backup and disaster recovery processes.

User Support
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
.Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and user queries
.Conduct user training on IT systems and security awareness. ERP & Application
sSupport and maintain ERP systems (SAP B1)
.Coordinate with vendors for application support and upgrades
.Manage software licenses and compliance
