This role will be pivotal in shaping product vision, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that enhance customer experience and optimize product performance.
About the role:
Cloud Eagle is looking for a Product Manager
- Integrations to join our fast-paced product team. In this role, you will own and drive third-party integrations across Cloud Eagle's platform, enabling customers to seamlessly connect their SaaS ecosystem.
You will work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to identify integration opportunities, prioritize requirements, and deliver high-impact capabilities that enhance the customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone with a technical background and 6 months to 3 years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Own the roadmap and execution for third-party integrations across Cloud Eagle's platform.
Understand customer workflows and identify integration opportunities that solve real business problems.
Gather requirements from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders and translate them into detailed product requirements.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver scalable and reliable integrations.
Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions teams to prioritize new integration requests.
Define success metrics and track adoption and performance of integrations.
Create and maintain product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer impact and business goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify ecosystem opportunities.
Drive cross-functional alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Partner with Marketing and GTM teams to create product collateral and launch new capabilities.
Requirements
Min 2 years of Product Management experience. (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT)
Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS company is mandatory.

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and SaaS ecosystems.

Must hold a
B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a startup environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing functions.
Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Jira, and API documentation is a plus.
Exposure to AI, Cloud, SaaS, Enterprise Applications, or workflow automation platforms is an advantage.
