We're looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our growing team! If you're passionate about solving technical problems, enjoy working with customers, and have experience supporting cloud-hosted SaaS products, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience 2–4 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for cloud-hosted SaaS products.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with Engineering, Dev Ops, and Product teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Follow established support processes, SLAs, and operational procedures.
Monitor product health and proactively identify potential issues.
Maintain clear and timely communication with customers throughout the support lifecycle.
Required Skills Strong experience with Linux (mandatory).
Good understanding of Cloud Infrastructure and SaaS application architecture.
Experience supporting products hosted on cloud platforms.
Familiarity with technical support processes, incident management, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer-facing communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, triage, and manage multiple issues effectively.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) and microservices-based applications.
Exposure to Apache Kafka or other event-streaming platforms is a plus.
Experience working with containerized or cloud-native applications is an added advantage.
