Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Adobe Tag Management & Analytics Specialist to join our Adobe Product Specialist Chapter under Client Discovery & Sales Engagement Domain - Martech Hive .
Key Responsibilities Web & Mobile analytics:
Drive better understanding of customer journey, CTAs, events, marketing channel rules, integrations
Measurement & Reporting:
Manage proper measurement, reporting, analysis and optimisation of online journey's and campaigns. Support build out of performance reporting dashboards. Experience building external dashboards using Tableau is an added advantage.
Analytics & Insights:
Help analytics processes to drive insights. Collaborate with Retail analytics teams to build predictive models that drive optimisation of Digital & Omni channel journey's
Will be responsible for business requirements, functional design, configuration, testing, training and implementation of Digital analytics and Mobile attribution tools using tag management platform
Ensuring deliverables are of the desired quality and have appropriate endorsements/ sign-offs
Clearly communicating priorities, objectives/goals, mission and acceptance criteria to the Agile Delivery Team
Prepare BRD and User stories and get them signed-off with country stakeholders. Walkthrough of user stories with implementation teams and agree on implementation timelines.
Validate deliveries through success metrics, after deployment to ensure they meet all operational and business requirements and drive maintenance and problem resolution, as required.

Adhere to established processes, methodologies, and best practices within the chapter and the organization. Actively towards continuous refinement of the same
Responsible for ensuring work items are accurately tracked and updated in ADO
People & Talent
Actively engage in chapter meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and capabilities
Collaborate with other chapter members to share knowledge, insight and best practices to foster a culture of innovation
Risk Management
Identify potential risks within their domain and communicate them to squad and chapter leads. Work collaboratively to mitigate identified risks
Governance
Technology Governance
Comply with System Delivery controls and attest for it with every (technical) release to production
