About Skill IQ Skill IQ is building AI-led platforms that help enterprises assess, coach, and improve human capability products include AI Coach, AI Interviewer, AI Proctoring, and other simulation-led performance intelligence solutions used across hiring, learning, sales readiness, customer-facing teams, and workforce capability development.
We work with enterprises that want to move beyond traditional interviews, LMS completion, classroom training, and generic assessments — and instead measure whether people can actually perform in real-world situations.
We are now looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who can help us build Skill IQ’s global organic growth engine.
About the Role This is not a pure SEO role, not a pure content role, and not a pure social media role.
This is a strategy-plus-execution role for someone who can think deeply, write clearly, use modern SEO and analytics tools, and translate complex AI products into simple, powerful narratives for CHROs, L&D leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, business leaders, partners, and investors.
You will work closely with the founders to sharpen Skill IQ’s positioning, then convert that strategy into website content, SEO pages, blogs, thought leadership, case studies, Linked In content, and organic demand-generation campaigns.
You will not be expected to design or code the website yourself. We have designers, product managers, and technology teams for that. But you must be able to define what needs to be created, why it needs to be created, how it should be structured, and whether it is working.
What You Will Own
1. Positioning & Messaging You will help define how Skill IQ is understood in the market.
This includes:
Sharpening the positioning of Skill IQ as an AI-led performance intelligence platform
Creating clear messaging for AI Coach, AI Interviewer, AI Proctoring, and future products
Translating founder-level thinking into simple, compelling market narratives
Creating messaging that resonates with CHROs, L&D heads, Talent Acquisition leaders, business heads, partners, and investors
Ensuring that Skill IQ stands out from LMS platforms, assessment tools, interview tools, and generic AI roleplay products
2. Website Growth Strategy You will treat the website as Skill IQ’s primary organic sales asset.
You will own:
Website content architecture
Homepage messaging direction
Product page content direction
Industry page strategy
Use-case page strategy
Case study page structure
Landing page briefs
CTA strategy
Conversion improvement
Coordination with design, product, and development teams
You should be able to create strong page briefs and wireframe-level direction that our internal team can convert into design and website pages.
3. SEO & Organic Growth You will own organic discoverability and search performance.
You should be hands-on with:
Keyword research
Competitor analysis
Content gap analysis
SEO content planning
Technical SEO audits
Internal linking strategy
Metadata optimization
Search Console analysis
Blog optimization
Landing page optimization
Ranking and traffic tracking
You should be comfortable using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, Microsoft Clarity / Hotjar, Linked In Analytics, and similar platforms.
4. Content Strategy & Creation You will build and manage Skill IQ’s content engine.
This includes:
SEO blogs
Founder Linked In posts
Thought-leadership articles
Website copy
Case studies
Product explainers
Industry pages
Use-case pages
Email/newsletter content
Short video scripts
Webinar or event content
Sales enablement content
The content must not be generic. It should help Skill IQ build authority in AI-led hiring, AI coaching, simulation-based learning, workforce readiness, and performance intelligence.
5. Analytics & Continuous Improvement You will measure whether the strategy is working and continuously improve it.
You will track:
Organic traffic
Keyword rankings
Search impressions and CTR
Branded search growth
High-intent page visits
Demo requests
Contact form submissions
CTA clicks
Time on page
Scroll depth
