Position: Azure Data Scientist | 5-10 YoE | AI-Driven Digital Transformation | WFO
Bring your expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science to drive real impact in the  energy and oil & gas industry . Work on data-driven transformation projects that combine analytics, engineering, and innovation to enable smarter business decisions and digital excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to address complex business challenges across the energy value chain (upstream, midstream, downstream).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, domain experts, and technical leaders to operationalize models and integrate them into business workflows.
Conduct exploratory data analysis, visualization, and model testing using  Python  and  Azure ML/Databricks .
Identify new opportunities to apply advanced analytics and automation for performance optimization.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
Mentor peers, foster innovation, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring :

5+ years of experience designing and building AI/ML models.
Deep expertise in  mathematics, statistics, and data science methodologies .
Strong proficiency in  Python ; hands-on experience with  Azure AI/ML services  preferred.
Understanding of  energy sector workflows  and data-driven operational use cases.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
