Founded in 2024 and growing fast, we're at the stage where marketing needs to become a real engine — not a support function.
The Role
We're hiring a Director of Marketing to own and lead Growth Arc's marketing function end-to-end. This is a senior, high-autonomy role — you'll report directly to the founding team, set the direction, and largely run independently. The founders will be active thought partners, not day-to-day managers.
The right person has deep experience marketing enterprise AI, data, or professional services to C-suite and VP-level buyers. They know how to build credibility for a young firm, generate qualified pipeline, and make a technical product land with business audiences. They bring strong judgment, sharp writing, and the ability to operate lean without losing quality.
What You'll Own
Market Positioning & Narrative Define how Growth Arc shows up in the market. Develop outcome-led messaging across our service offerings and ArcAI Studio platform — messaging that resonates with CxOs, not just technologists.
Product Marketing Own go-to-market for ArcAI Studio and our Agentic AI capabilities. Build buyer narratives, competitive positioning, and sales enablement materials that communicate business impact clearly.
Content & Thought Leadership Build Growth Arc's voice and credibility — across Linked In, industry forums, and partner channels. Produce sharp executive content: briefs, case studies, POVs, and campaign assets. No generic AI content.
Demand Generation & ABM Design and run account-based marketing programs targeting senior decision-makers across our core verticals. Bring hands-on experience, not just strategy.
Partner Co-Marketing Develop joint campaigns and co-branded content with technology partners, particularly within the Snowflake ecosystem. Experience in partner-led pipeline generation is a plus.
Analyst & Industry Relations Build relationships with relevant analysts and research firms. Keep Growth Arc visible in briefings and leverage analyst content to support sales credibility.
Brand & Digital Own how Growth Arc presents across all touchpoints — website, decks, collateral, events, and social. Maintain consistency and quality without a large team.
Pipeline Alignment Work closely with sales and delivery to align marketing activity with revenue priorities. You'll be measured on pipeline influence, not just output.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
12+ years in B2B marketing, with meaningful time in enterprise technology, AI/data services, or SaaS. You've marketed to VP and C-suite buyers and know what actually moves them.
Built From Scratch You've set up a marketing function before — built the strategy, the systems, and the programs without a playbook handed to you. You're comfortable being the most senior marketer in the room.
AI Domain Fluency You understand the enterprise AI landscape well enough to have credible opinions — Agentic AI, data platforms, AI Ops, or enterprise application services. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to speak the language with authority.
Sharp Communicator Exceptional writer. You can produce executive-grade content without defaulting to buzzwords or padding. Your positioning is precise, not generic.
Operator Mindset You move between strategy and execution without friction. You're not waiting for a team to be built before getting things done.
