We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst / Project Management professional with strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE (11.2 & 14.7) and deep understanding of banking operations and database functional analysis .
This role is ideal for someone who can effectively bridge the gap between business users, technical teams, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and vendors , ensuring smooth execution of core banking implementations, enhancements, migrations, and production support activities .
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for FLEXCUBE applications
Conduct workshops with stakeholders and business users
Prepare BRD, FRD, gap analysis, process flows, and solution documents
Map banking workflows to FLEXCUBE functionalities
Support UAT, defect tracking, and business sign-offs
Assist in production issue analysis and functional troubleshooting
Project Management
Manage FLEXCUBE enhancements, releases, and implementation projects
Coordinate across infra, DBA, middleware, security, and vendor teams
Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Maintain RAID logs, status reports, and governance documentation
Ensure compliance with SDLC, change management, and audit standards
Support DR drills, go-live planning, and post-implementation reviews
FLEXCUBE Functional Expertise
Strong understanding of:
CIF, CASA, Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance
Payments, Treasury, GL & Accounting
Limits, Collateral, AML/CFT integration
Interface reconciliation and batch processing (BOD/EOD)
Production issue monitoring and resolution
Database Functional Expertise (Oracle)
Oracle FLEXCUBE schema understanding
Transaction, interface, and batch tables
SQL query analysis, data validation, reconciliation
Stored procedures, packages, triggers, views, jobs
Coordination with DBAs for cloning, refresh, backup & recovery
Mandatory Technical Skills
• Strong experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE 11.2 and/or 14.7
• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL knowledge
• Banking domain expertise
• Requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Project coordination and reporting
• Production support coordination
• Experience with incident/problem management processes
