Role
Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead product development initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of product requirements specification, completion criteria writing, completion verification, excellent communication, and the ability to translate business goals into actionable user-stories.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with customers, tech-architects, designers, and development teams to specify product requirements
Clear understanding of the aspects of technical and business considerations of the product requirements and able to negotiate on the trade-offs
· Translate business requirements into Jira epics and stories and establish roadmaps for cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, AI, QA, and Analysts).
Create, write, and manage Jira epics, stories, and backlogs , ensuring clear documentation and prioritization.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to track progress of deliverables, identify risks, and unblock cross-functional dependencies.
Familiarity of bugs triage process and prioritizing them with business and development teams
Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery.
Familiarity of SDLC processes, ML/AI (Computer Vision/Deep Learning & Data Science) projects and cloud deployment best practices is an added advantage.
Create Customer Presentations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience with product delivery teams.
B.E /B.Tech /M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, IT, or related fields.
Proficiency in Jira , Confluence, Excel MS project or Gantt charts and Power Point
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
