Location: Bengaluru
8 years of experience in Middleware/Application Production Support on Linux and Windows environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Apache HTTPD, Tomcat, IIS, IBM Liberty, JBoss, WAS, WLS, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
Experience in incident, change, and problem management with strong understanding of ITIL practices.
Hands-on scripting experience using Bash, Shell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
Ability to analyze logs, JVM performance, thread dumps, and identify root causes independently.
Hands on experience with App Dynamics, Grafana, Splunk, and other observability tools for monitoring and troubleshooting.
Demonstrates strong communication skills with the ability to contribute effectively to RCA discussions and proactive problem‑prevention initiatives.
Knowledge of Ansible and OCP (Open Shift Container Platform) environments, including configuration, deployment, and operational workflows.
Exposure to Ansible for configuration automation and familiarity with UCD/Harness deployments.
