About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven professional to join our Founder's Office team. In this role, you will work directly with the founders to drive growth, improve customer retention, optimize conversion funnels, and uncover actionable business insights through data.

You will own growth analytics, customer lifecycle analysis, retention strategy, product funnel optimization, and business intelligence across platforms such as Mixpanel, Clever Tap, and internal dashboards.

What You'll Do

- Analyze customer journeys and user behavior using Mixpanel
- Track activation, retention, cohorts, funnels, and repeat booking metrics
- Identify customer drop-off points and recommend data-backed solutions
- Manage Clever Tap analytics and customer engagement insights
- Analyze campaign performance across Push Notifications, Whats App, SMS, Email, and In-App channels
- Create customer segments and lifecycle journeys
- Design, execute, and evaluate growth experiments and A/B tests
- Build dashboards and reports for founders and leadership teams
- Lead weekly and monthly business reviews
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams
- Recommend growth initiatives backed by data and customer insights
- Improve customer retention and repeat booking rates
- Design loyalty, referral, subscription, and engagement programs
- Analyze customer feedback, reviews, and NPS trends
- Leverage AI tools to identify customer behavior patterns
- Build automated reporting systems and growth dashboards

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, CRM Analytics, or Business Analytics
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel and/or Clever Tap
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience building dashboards and business reports
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations
- Startup experience preferred
