Position: Pre-Sales Solution Architect - Network / Cloud Infra / Digital Workplace
Location: Bengaluru

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead complex managed services pursuits. Lead the design and solutioning of scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions, with strong capability in responding to RFPs, shaping large deals, and driving transformation programs.

Your Impact:

Design and architect end-to-end Network solutions that enhance employee experience, optimize IT operations, and enable automation-driven, scalable support models

Network Solution Architecture

- Design end-to-end network solutions covering LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Cloud Networking, Data Center, and Network Security.
- Define robust, scalable, and resilient architectures aligned to business and operational requirements.

RFP & Pre-Sales Leadership

- Lead technical response for RFIs/RFPs/RFQs including solution design, BoM, costing inputs, and value articulation.
- Create compelling solution narratives, differentiators, and win themes aligned to client needs.

Transformation & Modernization

- Architect next-gen network solutions including SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, and cloud-native networking (Azure/AWS).
- Drive network transformation roadmaps (legacy to software-defined and cloud-integrated environments).

Integration & Automation

- Define integration with ITSM (Service Now), monitoring, observability, and automation platforms.
- Promote network automation using APIs, intent-based networking, and orchestration tools.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work with clients, delivery teams, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to shape and validate solutions.
- Support client workshops, technical discussions, and executive presentations.

Governance & Best Practices

- Establish standards, architectures, and frameworks aligned to ITIL, security compliance, and industry best practices.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, availability, and security requirements.

Your

Skills & Experience:

✅10–12 years in Network Architecture, Engineering, and Pre-Sales Solutioning

Strong expertise in:

- LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Routing & Switching (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
- Network Security (Firewalls, VPN, SASE, Zero Trust)
- Cloud Networking (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Proven experience in RFP responses, solution design, and large deal support
- Knowledge of network monitoring, observability, and automation tools

✅ Technical & Methodological Skills

- Certifications:

CCNP/CCIE, AWS/Azure Networking, SASE/SD-WAN certifications
- Experience in managed network services and global delivery models
- Strong commercial understanding (pricing inputs, TCO, SLAs)
