Infrastructure Lead

We are looking for an Infrastructure Lead to own our security-first infrastructure, core platform systems, reliability, scalability, deployments, and enterprise readiness from the ground up. This role is for someone who can build secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure across multi-cloud, private cloud, customer cloud, and managed deployment environments.

What will you do

- Own production infrastructure, reliability, scaling, monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
- Set up security foundations from scratch across IAM, access control, secrets management, encryption, audit logs, vulnerability management, secure deployments, and incident response.
- Design infrastructure for diverse customer deployment stacks, including multi-cloud, private cloud, customer cloud, and cloud-hosted environments.
- Build platform systems that help engineering teams ship faster without compromising reliability, scalability, or security.
- Support enterprise readiness across customer security reviews, compliance, private deployments, uptime, documentation, and data protection.
- Work on infrastructure for AI-native, data-heavy, and agentic products.
- Design and implement infrastructure security for AI systems, including secure model deployment, data isolation, prompt and agent execution safeguards, access controls for AI workflows, secure handling of sensitive datasets, auditability of AI actions, and protection against misuse, data leakage, and unauthorized access.

- Requirements

What we are looking for

- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, Dev Ops, SRE, platform engineering, or cloud security.
- Flexible on years of experience if the person is genuinely strong and has owned production systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, containers, Kubernetes or serverless systems, CI/CD, networking, databases, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Practical security experience across IAM, secrets management, encryption, audit logging, vulnerability management, access control, and incident response.
- Experience securing AI-native systems, data-heavy platforms, agentic workflows, or infrastructure that handles sensitive customer or enterprise data.
- Ability to operate independently during production issues, make calm tradeoffs, and communicate clearly.
- Experience in AI infrastructure, AI-native products, enterprise SaaS, developer infrastructure, or multi-tenant systems.

Good to have

- Experience setting up infrastructure or security from scratch.

- Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, security reviews, or compliance workflows.

- Experience with private deployments, customer cloud deployments, or enterprise-grade infrastructure.

- Experience with AI system security, including data protection, model access controls, secure inference environments, agent sandboxing, observability for AI systems, or governance workflows.
