What are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Record to Report Practitioner to join our sales and solutioning team. This role is ideal for a domain expert who can bridge the gap between finance operations and business development. You will play a pivotal role in shaping large BPM deals, crafting compelling R2R digital solutions (Hyper-automation, Generative AI, Agentic, etc.) and driving transformation agendas for clients across industries.
These are mainly Sales and offering Practioners across domain. These individuals collaborate to secure, interpret, and provide market, functional, and operations expertise to advise both Accenture Operations and other Accenture businesses. Their goal is to drive the offering value proposition and key differentiators into every stage of the sales and account lifecycle.
In addition, they serve as functional experts and advisors, working closely with members of our global network to harvest, develop, and deploy differentiated sales and offering assets. They also drive Ventures & Acquisitions and build alliances with ecosystem partners, ensuring that we maintain strong and strategic relationships. Another critical aspect of their role is working with Industry Leads to collaborate on industry-specific offerings.
This ensures that our solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs and challenges of different sectors, ultimately delivering greater value to our clients. A Finance and Accounting (F&A) management process which involves collecting, processing and delivering relevant, timely and accurate information used for providing strategic, financial and operational feedback to understand how a business is performing. It covers the steps involved in preparing and reporting the overall accounts which are typically stored in a general or nominal ledger and managed by a Controller
.

• Lead the design of end-to-end R2R solutions for large, complex deals including transformation, and technology enableme
nt.
• Develop client-specific value propositions, solution narratives, and transformation roadma
ps.
• Participate in client presentations, orals, and workshops to articulate R2R capabilities and transformation leve
rs.
• Lead Sales growth and mining in existing accounts for specific MUs and industr
ies
• Stay abreast of industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in R2R, including areas li
ke:
• General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations, Close & Report
ing
• Automation, AI/ML in R2R, and digital enablers like Black Line, Trintech, High Radius, e
tc.
• Contribute to thought leadership, whitepapers, and point-of-view documents to strengthen market positioni
ng.
• Collaborate with delivery, transformation, and digital teams to co-create winning solutio
ns.
• Have delivered at least 2 large scale F&A deals or Tech. led RTR Transformation for large global Clien
