Meta Ads Specialist

Role Overview :
We are seeking a results-oriented Meta Advertiser to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and stays updated with Meta advertising trends to ensure campaign performance exceeds targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Conduct audience research, targeting strategies, and A/B testing.
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and prepare actionable reports.
Collaborate with the creative team for ad visuals and copy.
Monitor trends and recommend innovative strategies to improve campaign efficiency.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and related tools.
Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Google Analytics or similar analytics platform experience is a plus.

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media advertising.
