Roles and Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience in:
Service Now Administration (ITSM,ITOM, CMDB)
- Expertise in :
User administration, access control (ACLs), Workflow /
- Flow Designer, Data management and configuration
- Proficiency in :
JavaScript (basic scripting for admin support), Business
- Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
- Experience supporting: API-based integrations, MID Server setup and
connectivity
- Experience with : ITAM / HRSD / Sec Ops modules, Discovery / Service Mapping
- Exposure to Telecom / multi-instance environments
- Certifications:
CSA, CIS
- Perform day-to-day administration activities including user, group,roles, and access management
- Manage platform configurations, plugins, instances, and environment health
- Plan and support Service Now upgrades, patching, and releases
- Manage update sets, release cycles, and environment promotions
- Support configuration of :
Incident, Change, Problem, Request
