Role Overv
iewWe are seeking an experienced Service Now Administrator to manage, support,
and maintain the Service Now platform for assigned clients. The role requires strong han
ds-on administration skills, production deployment leadership, and the ability to prov
idereliable on-call support in a 24x7 environme
nt.

ties Incident, Request, and Problem Manage
mento Assist in addressing and resolving Service Now-related incidents, ser
vicerequests, and problems in a timely and efficient man
ner.o Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and support proces
ses. Production Deploym
entso Lead and execute deployments into production environments du
ringbusiness hours as well as outside of standard business hours

red.o Coordinate deployment activities to minimize business impact and en
suresuccessful relea
ses. Platform Administra
tiono Lead core Service Now administration activities, includ
ing: Instance clo
ning Patching and upgr
ades Review and resolution of skipped i
temso Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with

ces. Support Portal Manage
mento Review incoming items via the Service Now support por
tal.o Analyze, recommend, and take appropriate actions to resolve or r

ely. On-Call Sup
porto Participate in 24x7 on-call support for assigned clie
nts.o Respond promptly to critical issues and ensure service continu
ity.
Required Skills & Exper
ience Proven experience of 5+ years as a Service Now Administr
ator. Strong understanding of Service Now platform administration, upgrades
, anddeploym
ents. Experience supporting production environments and handling after
- hoursrele
ases. Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and work independently under pres
sure. Excellent communication and documentation sk
ills. Demonstrated experience working with global cli
ents. Willingness to work in EST time zone and participate in 24x7 on-call rotat
ions.
Preferred Qualific
ations Service Now Administrator certificati
on(s). Experience supporting multiple clients or enterprise environ
ments. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best prac
tices.
