and maintain the Service Now platform for assigned clients. The role requires strong han

ds-on administration skills, production deployment leadership, and the ability to prov

ience Proven experience of 5+ years as a Service Now Administr

ator. Strong understanding of Service Now platform administration, upgrades

ents. Experience supporting production environments and handling after

ases. Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and work independently under pres

sure. Excellent communication and documentation sk

ills. Demonstrated experience working with global cli

ents. Willingness to work in EST time zone and participate in 24x7 on-call rotat

ions.
Preferred Qualific

ations Service Now Administrator certificati

on(s). Experience supporting multiple clients or enterprise environ

ments. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best prac

tices.
