Required Skills
5-10 years of experience supporting enterprise Wintel environments.
Strong administration experience with Windows Server platforms.
Experience managing VMware virtualization infrastructure.
Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
Knowledge of x86 server hardware architecture.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Experience with server patching and vulnerability management.
Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management practices.
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified:
Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (CCA-V)
ITIL Foundation
Preferred
VMware cluster administration (HA, DRS, vMotion).
Citrix published applications and VDI administration.
Azure-based virtual server administration.
Power Shell and PowerCLI scripting.
Infrastructure monitoring and capacity planning.
Exposure to backup technologies and disaster recovery processes.
