Job Description – Procurement Systems Analyst
Contract Period : 12 months

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Procurement Systems Analyst to manage and configure our procurement orchestration platform (Omnea). The role will focus on creating intake forms, configuring workflows, managing approval processes, and improving procurement operations through automation and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate should have experience working with procurement systems, workflow automation tools, or no-code/low-code platforms and should be comfortable translating business requirements into scalable process workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage procurement intake forms in Omnea
- Build dynamic forms with conditional logic and branching questions
- Design and maintain end-to-end approval workflows
- Configure routing rules, approval matrices, notifications, and escalations
- Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security teams to gather requirements
- Translate business processes into system workflows and automation
- Maintain workflow documentation and process SOPs
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and ongoing platform enhancements
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies and governance standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with workflow configuration or business process automation
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating forms, approval flows, and conditional workflows
- Ability to understand and map business processes
- Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
Preferred Experience
· Experience with procurement or Source-to-Pay platforms such as Omnea, Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Service Now, or Jira Service Management
· Experience with no-code/low-code workflow tools
· Understanding of procurement operations and approval governance
· Experience in procurement intake, vendor onboarding, sourcing, or purchasing workflows
