Location: Bengaluru

Seeking an experienced offshore technical support resource to support AS400-based JDA MMS (Merchandise Management System) environment. The resource will provide application and operational support, assist with issue resolution, and support ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for AS400 JDA MMS applications
Diagnose and resolve production issues, including batch jobs, interfaces, and data errors
Support daily operational activities (jobs, monitoring, troubleshooting)
Assist with defect fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration changes
Collaborate with onshore teams, business users, and vendors
Create/update technical documentation and support artifacts
Support testing efforts for patches, upgrades, and fixes
Required Skills and Experience
Strong experience with JDA MMS on AS400
Solid IBM i / AS400 knowledge (DB2, job monitoring, system utilities)

Experience with RPG / CL (read/debug level; development a plus)
Understanding of retail merchandising processes (items, pricing, inventory)
Experience supporting batch processing and interfaces
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Required Qualifications
Prior experience supporting JDA in a retail enterprise environment
Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models
Familiarity with change management and ITIL-based support processes
Proficiency with L-series tools
