Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient IAM Sales Engineer to join our team. This role bridges the gap between sales and technical teams, ensuring that our identity and access management solutions meet client needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Support:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide

technical expertise during the sales process.

• Solution Design:
Customize IAM solutions to address specific client challenges, ensuring

alignment with industry best practices.

• Product Demonstrations:
Conduct compelling product demos and proof-of-concept (PoC)

sessions to showcase the value of our IAM offerings.

• Technical Presentations:
Deliver clear and concise technical presentations to both technical

and non-technical stakeholders.

• RFP/RFI Responses:
Assist in crafting detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and

Requests for Information (RFIs), highlighting our IAM solutions' capabilities.

• Training & Enablement:
Provide training sessions for clients and internal teams on IAM products

and solutions.

• Feedback Loop:
Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams to influence future

product developments.

• Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging

technologies in the IAM space.

Required Qualifications



Experience:

8-10 years in a pre-sales or technical sales role, with a focus on IAM solutions.

• Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience with IAM platforms

Desired Skills

• Solution Architecture:
Experience in designing and implementing IAM architectures tailored to

client needs.

• Scripting Knowledge:
Proficiency in scripting languages like Power Shell or Python for

automation tasks.

• Client Engagement:
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Problem-Solving:
Ability to analyze client challenges and propose effective IAM solutions.
