Hiring: SEO & AEO Lead (Search + AI Dominance) (Search Engine Optimization Specialist)

We are looking for someone who has personally driven search dominance in competitive categories and understands where search is headed — AI-first discovery, zero-click journeys, and answer engines .
The Mission
Own and scale the organic visibility of two of India’s leading franchise platforms:

Your goal is not “improving rankings.”
Your goal is to ensure we show up everywhere a business owner searches —
Google, Meta ecosystems, and AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Search Dominance (SEO)
Build and execute a category-level SEO strategy , not just keyword plans
Rank high-intent, competitive keywords across India
Drive sustained organic traffic that converts into business leads
AI Visibility (AEO)
Design and implement Answer Engine Optimization strategies
Structure content for AI retrieval, citations, and zero-click results
Actively experiment with and adapt to evolving AI search ecosystems
✍️ Content Engine Ownership
Build a scalable, high-quality content engine (not just blogs)
Identify content gaps competitors haven’t captured
Ensure every piece of content has a clear search + conversion objective
Team Leadership
Lead and push a team of writers toward performance-driven output
Set benchmarks for quality, speed, and impact
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager for integrated growth
Performance & Accountability
Own traffic, rankings, and lead generation from organic channels
Make decisions backed by data — not assumptions
Continuously refine strategy based on algorithm and behavior shifts
Who This Is For

“I understand how search intent translates into revenue , not just traffic.”
“I actively experiment with AI search and emerging discovery platforms .”
“I can build and scale a content + SEO system , not just execute tasks.”
Who Should Not Apply
Candidates focused only on backlinks, meta tags, or basic audits
Those without hands-on ownership of end-to-end SEO growth
Anyone who hasn’t worked in competitive, high-intent search environments
