The company provides an extensive library of strategic and tactical playbooks tailored to diverse threat scenarios, and conducts real-time drills to embed these practices.

FlexibleIR customizes its playbooks to each customer’s needs using a unique framework designed to build trust and reliability. The team leverages familiar, simple tools such as Trello, Slack, and Google Sheets, so clients can adopt these capabilities without having to learn complex new platforms.

Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Content Marketing Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Content Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of content strategies that strengthen FlexibleIR’s brand and communicate its value in the cyber incident response space. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, writing, and editing long-form blog content; creating thought leadership articles; and drafting and publishing Linked In posts and Medium articles aligned with the overall marketing roadmap.

The person in this role will maintain a consistent brand voice across channels, collaborate closely with product and sales teams to translate technical concepts into accessible narratives, and manage an editorial calendar. Additional tasks include optimizing content for SEO, tracking content performance metrics, refining content based on data and feedback, and occasionally coordinating with external writers or designers as needed.
Qualifications
Strong content creation skills, including blog writing, social media copy (especially Linked In), and long-form articles for platforms such as Medium.
Experience in content marketing strategy, including planning editorial calendars, mapping content to the buyer journey, and aligning content with brand positioning.
Ability to translate complex or technical cybersecurity and incident response concepts into clear, engaging, and accurate content for non-technical and technical audiences.
Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO best practices, basic analytics (e.g., tracking views, engagement, CTR), and performance-driven content optimization.
Proficiency with common collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, Slack) and comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail, structure, and tone consistency.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or incident response domains is a strong advantage, as is experience building a brand presence through thought leadership content.
