Gathered and analyzed business requirements for Workday HCM implementations
Configured Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Talent Management
Designed and maintained Business Process Framework (BPF) configurations
Worked on security roles, domain policies, and user access controls
Developed and customized reports and dashboards for business users
Performed fit-gap analysis and provided functional solutions aligned with client needs
