Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS - HANA Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in SAP system administration, SAP HANA database management, performance tuning, upgrades, migrations, and system monitoring. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of SAP landscapes and be capable of managing complex SAP environments while ensuring high availability, security, and optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP systems, including ECC, S/4
HANA, BW/4
HANA, Solution Manager, and other SAP applications.
Perform SAP installations, upgrades, patches, kernel upgrades, and system refresh activities.
Manage SAP HANA database administration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Execute SAP system copies, client copies, and landscape management activities.
Monitor system health, performance, and availability using SAP monitoring tools.
Perform transport management and coordinate deployment activities across environments.
Implement and maintain SAP security, user administration, and authorization concepts.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP BASIS and HANA-related incidents and performance issues.
Support SAP migrations, HANA conversions, and cloud migration initiatives.
Collaborate with functional, development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure smooth operations.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and high-availability configurations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
SAP BASIS and/or SAP HANA certifications preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise SAP landscapes.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
HANA migration projects.
Exposure to SAP cloud technologies and hybrid environments.
Experience in production support and critical incident management.
