Role Summary

You will own the full digital growth funnel for our jewelry brands in the United States. This means driving traffic, conversions, and revenue across Amazon US, other US marketplaces, and our D2C website. You will run paid campaigns, improve organic visibility, optimize the website experience, and make sure every dollar spent is tracked back to revenue. This is a hands on, outcome focused role for someone who has actually sold jewelry to US customers and knows the category and the market deeply.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Growth (Amazon US and Others)

Manage and scale jewelry listings on Amazon US, and where relevant Walmart, Etsy, and other US marketplaces.
Run and optimize Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to hit target ACOS and ROAS.
Improve product listings with strong titles, A plus content, images, keywords, and reviews strategy tuned for US buyers.
Track Buy Box, ranking, and category position, and act on what moves the needle.

D2C and Paid Social

Plan and run Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) across the full funnel, from awareness to retargeting, for US audiences.
Build and test creatives, audiences, and offers specifically for high consideration US jewelry buyers.
Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) to capture high intent demand in the US market.
Own blended ROAS and customer acquisition cost across all paid channels.

SEO and Website Optimization

Drive organic growth through on page SEO, technical SEO, and content strategy targeted at US search demand.
Improve site speed, navigation, product pages, and the overall path to purchase.
Run conversion rate optimization through A B testing on landing pages, product pages, and checkout.
Reduce drop offs and cart abandonment with smart UX and messaging fixes.

Analytics and Reporting

Set up and own tracking across GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and marketplace dashboards.
Build clear weekly and monthly reports tying spend to revenue, margin, and growth.
Use data to decide where to double down and where to cut.

Retention and Lifecycle

Run email, SMS, and other lifecycle campaigns to bring buyers back and lift repeat purchase rate.
Build segments and flows for new buyers, high value customers, and lapsed customers.

Required Skills and Experience

3 to 6 years of digital marketing experience, with proven results selling diamond and gold jewelry online in the USA.
Direct, hands on experience marketing to US customers, including US consumer behavior, seasonality, and buying patterns.
Direct hands on experience with both marketplace selling and D2C brand building.
Strong command of Amazon US Ads and US marketplace growth levers.
Strong command of Meta Ads and Google Ads at meaningful monthly spend in the US market.
Solid understanding of SEO (on page, technical, and content) and website optimization.
Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Seller and Ads consoles).
Clear grasp of unit economics in USD: ROAS, ACOS, CAC, AOV, and contribution margin.
Ability to work independently, own outcomes, and report with clarity.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience scaling a jewelry or premium lifestyle brand in the US from early stage to a strong revenue base.
Working knowledge of CRO tools, heatmaps, and A B testing platforms.
Familiarity with Shopify or similar D2C platforms.
Comfort with marketing automation and tooling, given our tech first approach.
Basic design sense and comfort briefing creatives for a luxury category.

Experience with US influencer and affiliate marketing in the jewelry space.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

Full visibility into every channel through clean tracking and reporting.
Improved ROAS and ACOS on existing US campaigns within the first 60 days.
A clear growth roadmap across US marketplace and D2C with prioritized bets.
Measurable lift in website conversion rate and organic traffic from the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
A track record that proves outcomes, not just activity. Please share numbers where you can.

Work Mode and Location

This role is open to candidates who want to work from our Bangalore office or fully remote from anywhere in India. We care about results and ownership, not where you sit. Since we serve the US market, candidates should be comfortable with some overlap with US business hours for collaboration and campaign management.
