Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Salesforce CX transformation programs across Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
✅ Drive solution design, stakeholder discussions, and business process improvements
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful Salesforce implementations
✅ Manage integrations, workflows, automation, and enterprise CRM solutions
✅ Conduct client workshops, demos, and requirement gathering sessions
✅ Lead Agile delivery, sprint planning, and project execution activities
✅ Mentor teams and ensure high-quality delivery standards
Skills Required:
✔ Salesforce CX / CRM Expertise
✔ Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
✔ Solution Design & Stakeholder Management
✔ Team Leadership & Client Communication
✔ Integration & Transformation Experience
✔ Agile/Scrum Methodology
⭐ Preferred:
✔ Enterprise implementation experience
✔ Cross-functional leadership exposure
✔ Strong customer engagement & consulting background
