Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies across key channels (PPC,
SEO, display, social media, email, affiliate, etc.). Translate business objectives into clear campaign KPIs and define campaign structures that align with client goals to ensure optimal
performance.
● Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance. Proactively implement solutions to
address performance gaps, track key metrics, and optimize campaigns based on advertiser
objectives to improve ROI and overall effectiveness.
● Conduct in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights. Provide recommendations to
improve campaign performance and drive continuous optimization. Translate data into strategic
decisions that directly impact client goals.
● Work closely with internal teams such as Account Managers and Campaign Managers to ensure
optimal support and alignment across the customer portfolio. Ensure seamless collaboration to
execute campaigns effectively and address client needs.
● Analyze data and trends to create meaningful insights for clients. Regularly report on key
performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate the value delivered to customers. Develop and
present proposals that offer tailored solutions based on client goals and market trends.
● Cultivate an experimental mindset by designing and conducting A/B tests on landing pages, ad
creatives, email campaigns, and other digital assets to optimize campaign performance. Use test
results to enhance overall key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements.
● Stay updated on different analytics and measurement tools. Ensure proper integration with ad
platforms to track and report accurate data, enabling effective campaign tracking and
performance evaluation.
● Provide expert campaign management support across multiple platforms, including
Programmatic, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Tik Tok, and Linked In. Ensure
consistency and performance optimization across all platforms while adapting strategies based
on platform-specific nuances.
● Regularly monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior shifts.
Leverage this information to make data-driven decisions and keep digital marketing efforts
competitive and innovative.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear
communication and alignment on objectives. Offer strategic insights and continuously enhance
the client experience with tailored recommendations.
● Provide comprehensive, data-backed performance reports to clients, showing the results
achieved against set KPIs. Use these reports to suggest new strategies for ongoing improvement
and to align with client business objectives
Skills Needed:
● Strong understanding of key advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and social
media channels, with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
● Solid grasp of analytics and measurement tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,
Adobe Analytics, and other tracking platforms to assess and improve campaign effectiveness.
