Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced  Oracle HCM Functional Consultant  with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and supporting  Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)  modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, support testing activities, and ensure successful project delivery across implementation, enhancement, and managed services engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and conduct fit-gap analysis.
Configure Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Design, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules.
Develop and execute test scripts, perform unit testing, regression testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Conduct solution demonstrations, client workshops, and end-user training sessions.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), support Technical Design Documents (TDDs), test scripts, migration documents, and user documentation.
Configure Workflow Approval Rules, Data Role Security, Checklists, and Design Studio personalizations.
Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, data conversions, reports, and application extensions.
Work closely with onsite teams, business users, and technical consultants to deliver project milestones.
Handle enhancement requests, production support, upgrade impact analysis, and system improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues (P1/P2) within agreed SLAs.
Provide project status updates, effort estimations, and implementation progress reports.

Minimum of  2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects
Full lifecycle implementation experience
Oracle Fusion HCM configuration and functional setup
Functional testing, UAT, and regression testing
Hands-on experience with Fast Formula development

Experience with Jira and Confluence
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent client-facing, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Skills
Service Now or other IT service management (ITSM) ticketing tools
Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Check experience
Oracle Fusion HCM Managed Services support
Experience handling enhancement requests and production support
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security concepts and workflows
Exposure to Oracle HCM reporting and integrations is an added advantage

Experience working in global implementation and support environments.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
