About the Role
The role involves owning the overall product vision, strategy, and portfolio management across all core platforms and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall product vision, strategy, and portfolio management across all core platforms and solutions, including HES, MDM, WFM, UBS, and the BCITS Framework.
- Define and drive the long-term product roadmap by collaborating with executive leadership, customers, industry stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and design through development, deployment, operations, and continuous enhancement.
- Establish and govern the product delivery framework, ensuring predictable execution, high-quality releases, operational excellence, and successful delivery.
- Provide strategic leadership to product, engineering, QA, Dev Ops, and operations teams.
- Drive technology and architecture strategy in partnership with engineering leadership.
- Define organizational processes, standards, KPIs, and governance mechanisms.
- Own product operations and platform performance, ensuring stability, reliability, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
- Champion continuous product improvement initiatives focused on enhancing customer journeys.
- Balance customer requirements, business priorities, technology investments, innovation objectives, and operational risks.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success leadership.
- Support strategic customer engagements, executive reviews, and critical business initiatives.
- Drive innovation and market leadership by continuously evaluating industry trends and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in product development / engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise or large-scale platforms.
- Experience working in complex, long-running implementations (utilities, infra, public sector, B2G SaaS, etc.).
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud technologies and architecture.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the public sector.
