About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Instagram and Meta ads to scale our paid acquisition. If you live and breathe CPL and CAC optimization in the EdTech space and know how to blend paid social with influencer collaborations, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
Plan, launch, and scale Instagram and Meta ad campaigns end-to-end
Own and optimize CPL and CAC - driving down acquisition costs while scaling volume
Manage influencer ad collaborations and integrate them into the paid funnel
Build and test creatives, audiences, and landing pages for maximum conversion
Set up and manage tracking, UTM governance, and conversion loops (Pixel, CAPI)
Work closely with sales to improve lead quality, not just lead volume
Report weekly on spend, performance, and growth levers
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years running paid performance campaigns with real budgets
Proven expertise in Instagram and Meta Ads (this is the core of the role)
Strong track record of CPL and CAC management specifically in Ed Tech
Experience running and scaling influencer ad collaborations
Data-first mindset — comfortable with analytics and funnel metrics
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on daily execution
