About the Role

A hands-on brand media planning and execution role. You'll own media planning and campaign execution across Google You Tube, Demand Gen, OTT, and Meta — while managing content partnerships and media deals. You'll work closely with brand, creative, and agency teams to take briefs from planning to live.

What You'll Be Doing

- Plan and execute brand campaigns across Google You Tube, Demand Gen, and DV360 — covering audience planning, optimised for reach & frequency
- Run Meta brand awareness campaigns via Meta Business Suite, including Brand Lift study coordination
- Manage OTT media buys and brand integrations on platforms like Jio Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video, SonyLIV & Zee5
- Handle content partnerships, influencer deals, and affiliate campaigns end-to-end
- Plan and execute revenue-barter arrangements (affiliates and partnerships) with network partners and apps

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years in brand media planning, media buying, or worked in a media agency — focused on branding campaigns
- Hands-on with at least 2–3 of the tools listed below
- Experience managing affiliate or influencer partnerships end-to-end
- Strong internal and stakeholder management — comfortable working across brand, agency, and vendor teams simultaneously
- Added advantage:
Prior experience in print and TV media planning and execution
- Bonus:
Background in D2C, FMCG, or health and wellness brands
