About the Role:
We are seeking an Oracle CRM Consultant with hands‑on expertise in Oracle Depot Repair, Oracle Teleservices, and Oracle Service Contracts . The ideal candidate should have strong experience supporting global clients in AMS/Managed Services environments, with the ability to handle complex service flows, issue resolution, and enhancement requests across both EBS and Cloud service modules.
This role may involve working with or supporting one of Match Point Solutions’ client organizations .
Responsibilities:
1. Application Support (L2/L3/L4)
Provide day‑to‑day support for:
Oracle Depot Repair
Oracle Teleservices
Oracle Service Contracts
Related service modules and touchpoints in EBS or Cloud.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver permanent fixes.
Resolve service requests, incidents, and change requests within defined SLAs.
Support end‑to‑end service processes including:
Service Request creation
Task management
Repair execution and logistics
Entitlement checks
Warranty and contract validations
Charges and billing
2. Functional Configuration & Enhancements
Perform configurations and setups in Oracle CRM modules based on business requirements.
Work with business users for gathering requirements for enhancements or functional improvements.
Create and maintain functional documents (BRD, MD050, BR100, configuration documents).
Test and validate enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
3. Integration & Cross‑Functional Support
Work with cross-functional teams across:
Inventory (INV)
Order Management (OM)
Purchasing (PO)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Advanced Pricing (QP)
Validate dependencies across service processes and financial impacts.
Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, custom objects, reports, and extensions.
4. Testing, Release & Cloud Updates
Prepare SIT/UAT scenarios and test scripts.
Execute regression testing for:
Quarterly Oracle Cloud releases
EBS patches and rollups
Custom enhancements
Coordinate with environment, release, and Dev Ops teams on migration activities.
5. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain SOPs, configuration documents, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
Adhere to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Ensure audit compliance and support security reviews.
6. Stakeholder & Client Interaction
Work directly with business users, service managers, and global stakeholders.
Provide functional insights, resolve user queries, and offer proactive improvement suggestions.
Communicate issue impacts, timelines, and status clearly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Required:
4–8 years of experience in Oracle CRM Service modules.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Oracle Depot Repair
Oracle Teleservices
Oracle Service Contracts
Good understanding of end-to-end Service Flows:
Warranty & Contract Entitlements
RMA and Return Flows
Repair Execution and Depot Logistics
Charges and Billing through AR
Working knowledge of related modules:
Inventory, Order Management, AR, Pricing
Experience in AMS/Managed Services with ticket-based delivery.
Ability to perform data validations using basic SQL.
Experience with ITSM tools (Service Now, Remedy, Jira).
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Nice-to-Have
Skills:
Exposure to Oracle Field Service (EBS or Cloud).
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Service modules (Service Logistics, Service Contracts Cloud).
