This role combines cloud architecture, business consulting, solution design, and customer-facing leadership to help enterprises accelerate their digital transformation journeys.

What You'll Do

Customer Engagement & Solution Consulting

Partner with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and technology requirements.
Lead discovery workshops, solution discussions, and executive-level presentations.
Translate customer requirements into scalable cloud and AI solutions.
Build trusted advisor relationships with CXOs, IT Leaders, and Business Stakeholders.

Cloud Solution Architecture

Design end-to-end solutions leveraging AWS and Azure services.
Architect cloud migration, modernization, data, analytics, and security solutions.
Develop high-level and low-level solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and effort estimations.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful execution.

Generative AI Advisory

Advise customers on Generative AI use cases and business value realization.
Design AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI Agents, and Enterprise AI platforms.
Conduct GenAI workshops, demos, proof-of-concepts, and value assessments.
Help customers identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity and innovation.

Presales & Business Development

Own technical presales activities throughout the sales lifecycle.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and solution bids.
Create compelling solution presentations, architecture diagrams, and business cases.
Support sales teams in deal qualification, technical validation, and customer negotiations.

What We're Looking For

Technical Expertise

✅ Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud services
✅ Experience in Cloud Migration, Modernization, Data & Analytics, Security, and Dev Ops solutions
✅ Functional understanding of Generative AI technologies including:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
AI Agents
Prompt Engineering
AI Governance & Responsible AI
✅ Understanding of enterprise data platforms and AI adoption frameworks
Presales & Consulting Skills
✅ Experience working with US-based customers
✅ Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
✅ Expertise in solution estimation, proposal creation, and technical presentations
✅ Experience conducting executive briefings and customer workshops

Preferred Qualifications

AWS and/or Azure Solution Architect Certifications.
Exposure to GenAI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI.
Experience in IT Services, Cloud Consulting, or Digital Transformation organizations.
MBA or relevant business consulting exposure is a plus.
