Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of AI-driven Service Now solutions across multiple client engagements, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, and compliance for AI features, including security and observability.
Shape client strategy: lead discovery workshops, define AI roadmaps, and align solutions with business priorities.
Drive innovation agenda by introducing advanced GenAI and agentic patterns into Service Now workflows.
Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a product mindset and engineering excellence.
Partner with leadership to scale AI adoption, manage risks, and ensure sustainable delivery models.
Qualifications & Skills
Advanced expertise in Service Now architecture (App Engine, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scoped Apps).
Strong proficiency in Virtual Agent, AI Search optimization, and Now Assist configuration.
Deep understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
Knowledge of agentic design patterns, orchestration frameworks, and RAG/vector search concepts.
Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS/GCP AI services, and enterprise-grade observability for AI models.
Ability to implement Responsible AI practices, governance, and compliance standards.
Skilled in integration patterns (REST/SOAP), MID Server, and secure authentication (OAuth, SAML).
Managerial & Leadership Skills
Proven ability to lead and manage delivery teams in agile environments.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Capability to drive innovation, influence decision-making, and manage change.
Strategic thinking with a product mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to inspire and coach teams toward high performance.
Adaptability and resilience in complex client environments.
