Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on  Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in the insurance sector, particularly in digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building end-to-end digital platforms, including customer web applications, mobile solutions, CRM systems (Salesforce), agency ePOS, and agent portals. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of modern architecture, including cloud-native microservices architecture, and be adept in agile methodologies.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex transformations while collaborating with management teams are essential.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end digital platforms for insurance applications.
Lead the architectural design of cloud-native microservices for web, mobile, and API solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Facilitate agile architecture practices to enhance project delivery and adaptability.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management teams, to convey architectural vision and project status.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve the overall architecture and development practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and architecture.

Skills:

Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture.
Strong background in the insurance industry, particularly in digital transformation projects.
Hands-on experience with building customer web applications, mobile solutions, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Expertise in cloud-native microservices architecture.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred

Skills:

Experience with agency ePOS and agent portal development.
Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools.
Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture or related disciplines are a plus.
