Position: BI Data Analyst / Specialist (Chn)
Location: Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide  analyses and strategic recommendations  to teams, management, and business partners.
Synthesize complex datasets, analyses, and conclusions into  self-service dashboards  and presentations for senior management.
Identify and implement opportunities to  streamline processes  and enhance team efficiency.
Partner proactively with business and Finance teams to provide continuous analytical insights.
Leverage business knowledge and tools to deliver reporting and analytics that evolve with organizational needs.
Support investment analysis and  cost-benefit evaluations  for strategic decision-making.
Contribute positively to the  finance and analytics community  with enthusiasm, collaboration, and team spirit.
Years of Experience 5 8 years of relevant experience in  data analytics, workforce optimization, or financial analysis  roles.
Educational Qualification & Certifications
bachelors or masters degree in  Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or related quantitative fields.
Additional certifications in  Data Science, Machine Learning, or BI tools  are preferred.
Skill Set Required Must Have (Key Skills):
Deep expertise in  Data Analytics and Modelling  , including  predictive modelling  and  time-series forecasting  (preferably in workforce optimization).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills able to work independently from concept to delivery.
Proficiency in  data visualization  and storytelling translating quantitative findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
High proficiency in  Business Intelligence tools  such as  Tableau, Power BI, and SQL  .
Advanced skills in  MS Excel  and  PowerPoint  for data analysis and presentation.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple work streams effectively.
Excellent communication skills capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to all organizational levels.
Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative, flexible, and self-motivated.
Intellectual curiosity with a mindset to  challenge the status quo  and improve processes.
Good to Have:
Proficiency in Python  for data manipulation and analytics.
Experience in the financial services domain  and understanding of staffing or workforce optimization models.
Ability to  influence senior stakeholders  using data-driven insights and recommendations.
